In Squarespace, add a Form Block where indicated above and configure:

Storage: Email to hello@sapere.coffee (and/or Google Drive/Sheets if you want a list)

Post-Submit: “Thanks — we’ll be in touch shortly.”

Fields (minimal, easy English):

  1. Your name — Short Text — Required

  2. Company — Short Text — Optional

  3. Email — Email — Required

If you want either email or phone (not both) to be acceptable: simplest is making Email required and keeping Phone optional. Squarespace doesn’t natively enforce “at least one of two”; custom JS is possible, but I’d keep this clean for now.
