How it works

• Financing inquiry: Tell us the coffees, volumes, and timing.
• Credit approval: We review your balance sheet and set a limit/structure.
• Contract confirmation: We agree terms, fees, and repayment schedule.
• Shipment or storage: Coffee moves from the producing country or is placed in warehouse; financed stock may be pledged as collateral.
• Release & delivery: Coffee is released per agreed conditions, for pick-up or direct delivery.
• Repayment cycle: You repay in line with roasting and sales; we share inventory and balance updates.

All structures are subject to credit approval and standard security/collateral arrangements.

What we need to approve

• Recent balance sheet and basic company info (KYC)
• Planned volumes and timing (purchase plan)
• For stock-in-Europe financing: inventory details and warehouse location
• For producing country purchases: purchase contracts or offer details

Security & release conditions

• Retention of title / pledge: Financed stock may be pledged until repayment milestones are met.
• Warehouse receipts & controls: Pledged stock is tracked and not released without authorization.
• Partial releases: We can enable staged releases against staged repayment, when applicable.
• Insurance: Coverage is maintained from shipment through storage and delivery.
